We understand that costs are a significant consideration while going through the home buying or refinancing process. We are therefore pleased to present the following special promotions designed to deliver you the greatest value while minimizing your out of pocket expenses.

Cash Purchase - $300

If you are paying cash for your property (not working with a lender) please ask for the special $300 closing rate. This promotion is applicable only to residential properties in NH. An owner's title insurance policy must be purchased at the time of closing.

First Time Home Buyer - $350

If you are buying your first home, congratulations! We recognize that this is an especially exciting time, and also one where cost considerations are often of significant concern. Therefore, we invite you to take advantage of our special $350 closing rate if you are purchasing your first home. This promotion is applicable only to residential properties in NH. An owner's title insurance policy must be purchased at the time of closing.

Go Green - $475

Capital Title is extremely pleased to offer clients the option of receiving closing copies in paperless form. It is not uncommon for loan documents to exceed 75 pages. Creating hard copies of these documents takes a toll on the environment not only through the paper that is used, but also fuel costs incurred in transporting the paper, toner cartridges that must be disposed of, and waste that is created when last minute changes are made to documents. If you agree to accept copies of your documents via PDF attachment sent to your email, or CD sent to your mailing address, please let us know and we will apply the special $475 closing rate. This promotion is available only for residential properties in NH. Paper copies of HUD settlement statement and other federally required documents such as IRS form 1099S and notice of right to rescind will still be provided.  

Reissue Rates

Refinance rates are title insurance premiums designed to create savings on title insurance policies for customers who have previously purchased a policy and are refinancing. These discount rates are filed with the state and are available through any title company, but you may not receive the discount if you don't ask for it. Please speak to a Capital Title staff member for assistance in determining whether you may qualify for a reissue rate.

If you are working with a realtor or lender, please notify them of your choice to work with Capital Title. They will send us a title request with all the necessary information. If you are not working with a loan officer or real estate agent, please email us with the relevant details, and we will start the title search process. We will need the names of buyer and seller, property address, and sales price to get started (the purchase and sales agreement has this information).
